French Black Copper Marans

This is the chicken that lays the deepest brown egg possible.  Genetics play a huge part in the darkness of the egg. These chicks have great genetics, unlike hatchery or feed store Marans, which won't give you the same results.  This is also a great breed for the perfect rooster.  Because these chicks are not sexed, choose at least one of these if you want to add a rooster to your flock.
